We are not a family of gardeners. It's true that Ian spent some of his childhood in a garden, but he distinctly remembers the day he realized food did not come out of a can, and the realization was jolting. He has eaten enough squash to last a lifetime.
Nonetheless, this blog will give us space to document the times and dates of our musings, our expenditures, our book lists, our abundance, our recipes, and our garden stories-- twisted or otherwise.
Will we come out ahead? Only time will tell.
